A meditation changer – the large Zabuton provides extra support and comfort for the knees and ankles. It offers comfortable support for various Yoga poses such as Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana) and can also be rolled up to make a bolster. It is also a comfortable padded base for floor poses.
