Shipping

New Zealand shipping

We charge a flat rate for shipping: $12 for large items, and $7 for smaller items. For free pick up from Paekakariki in the Kapiti Coast, please apply the code KAPITI.

We use PBT couriers for all NZ orders. Once your payment has cleared we will aim to process, create and ship your order within 2–3 weeks depending on our work load at the time you place your order. For large orders 20 items and over please allow an approximate time frame of 4–6 weeks. Please contact us if you require your items sooner than these time frames. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will also contain tracking information. Once shipped, please allow between 2–4 working days to receive your order. 

Please note: In order to ensure delivery by Christmas Day, please place your order by the end of November. 

Please indicate whether you require a signature for your order. If you do not require a signature, please include instructions on where to leave your order. A comments box can be found at the last stage of checkout.

Rural addresses

All New Zealand rural addresses will be subject to an additional $10 shipping fee. You will be notified of this additional cost prior to your order being sent – at this time you will also be given the opportunity to choose an alternative non-rural address to avoid this extra charge. Please allow an additional 2 working days for all rural addresses.

P.O Box addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O.Boxes.

We hope to offer this service in the future but at this stage we are unable to ship outside of New Zealand.
